Enigma of eden has a lot of meanings to us, however we find the description journey to self-love most fitting. Being allergic to most affordable earrings, inspired us to launch this brand. Our jewelry is gentle to the skin and often adorned with natural materials such as pearls, crystals and gemstones. There is also a collection of hand poured sculpture candles available, where we only use recycled wax, as well as a second chance collection, entirely made of recycled textiles, since sustainability is very important to us. The brands environmental awareness is also mirrored in the choice of recyclable packaging and a CO2 neutral shipping carrier. Summarizing, we follow our heart with our designs and every piece is a little love letter to you.

Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?
I only use skin friendly materials, such as stainless steel, sterling silver, or other alloys that are mostly coated in gold and therefore nickel free. However, I can not guarantee 100% tolerance if you have very sensitive skin.
How long does shipping take?
The actual duration depends on the destination of the shipment and if the item is already in stock or will be made to order. I try to ship as fast as possible, the approximate duration is one week.
What are the payment options?
It is possible to pay by credit cards, and transfers via Klarna.
What is your return policy?
Easy returns are important to me. If you wish to receive a refund, voucher, or different product, you can return the item within two weeks and in the condition you received it in. Unfortunately I can not take back earrings due to hygienic reasons. Also customized items and candles that have already been lit can not be returned.
Can I choose my shipping carrier?
At the moment, I only use Österreichische Post AG to ship my orders, since they are CO2 neutral.
Can I customize my order?
In most cases it won't be an issue to personalize an order for you. It is also possible to incorporate a gem or pendant you already have into one of my designs. Feel free reach out with your idea. All candles can be personalized in color and scent.
